The Squat Team, Inc., located in Highland Park, Illinois, was
Incorporated in February, 2002. The Company has been offering Canine
Waste Removal Services on the North Shore since 2002, but has recently
expanded its line of business to offer Kundalini Yoga to individuals
working in Corporate America. The Squat Team, Inc. now targets
'Corporate Stress' as well as 'The Business'.
It's founder and President, Christine Rennord, has worked in the
Information Systems field in Corporate America for 23 years and
understands the stress of working in a Corporate environment. She has
also been teaching and practicing Kundalini Yoga for over five years
and is certified by the Yoga Alliance, Kundalini Research Institute,
and is a member of the International Kundalini Yoga Teachers'
Association. Christine has been teaching yoga in Chicago and Highland
Park and offers private and semi-private yoga out of her home studio.
Her most recent teaching engagement was for a Fortune 100 Company based
out of Lincolnshire, IL. Hundreds of employess from that firm attended
her Kundalini Yoga classes to help manage their Corporate Stress.
