Before attending your first class,please visit www.squat-team.com to complete a one-time registration. An email will be sent to you confirming your new User id and Password.

After you've registered, you may purchase class-cards either through the site using your credit card (PayPal), or you may pay by cash or check in person on the day of class. Checks should be made out to "The Squat Team, Inc.", and cash will be tendered in exact amounts only (this is to save time at the door). You must be registered through the site before you can purchase Class-Cards.
